Haringey Council is introducing a new way of accessing council services

My Account is a new service that allows you to access and manage a range of council services quickly and easily - beginning with Council Tax and Benefits. Haringey will  introducing new services soon, giving residents even greater control

Why use My Account?

  • It’s available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • It saves you time

List of services currently in My Account

Council Tax

  • Check your Council Tax account
  • Update Council Tax if you move home
  • Claim Single Person Discount
  • Claim Empty Property Discount
  • Tell us if you are a new resident

Housing Benefit

  • Claim Housing Benefit
  • Claim Council Tax support
  • Check your benefit payments and dates
  • Tell us if your circumstances have changed

Coming soon

Services available through My Account will increase throughout this year - meaning residents will also be able to do things such as make appointments, report an issue or apply for a parking permit from one place, with no need to contact Customer Services.

New services to be added include:

  • Set up a Council Tax Direct Debit
  • Making Benefits and Council Tax enquiries
