COVID-19 Update

Covid-19 has changed our society both nationally and locally. The way in which advice, support and guidance is delivered in Haringey has changed in response to these unique circumstances. The Haringey Advice Partnership a local partnership between three organisations Citizens Advice Haringey, Public Voice and Vibrance has updated its strategic aims in response to the current pandemic.

The partnership is committed to helping local residents access advice, information, guidance and support via any channel reflecting that many services have now moved towards remote delivery. The partnership is providing advice, information, support and guidance via telephone, webchat, video conferencing and via individual websites.

The partnership is also working towards a “No Wrong Door” approach for all support services within the borough. People are able to approach any partner organisations and know that they will be linked into the most appropriate service whether it be for free food, prescription delivery, a universal credit application or for debt management without having to make any unnecessary further calls or journeys.

Haringey Advice partnership continues to work with other partners in the borough including those in the voluntary and statutory sector to ensure that during these unprecedented times all residents have access to high quality advice, information and guidance in a timely, personalised manner.

We will be shortly updating the content of the HAP website and twitter feed. Please stay tuned for exciting developments.

In the meantime if you need to access advice services you can call Adviceline on 0300 330 1187 (Mon-Fri, 9-5)
