CARIS Haringey works with and on behalf of Haringey’s homeless families and families in unsecure accommodation. Services on offer include advice and advocacy from experienced advice workers, family support provided by a qualified health worker, ESOL classes, a mobile toy library, drop-in, workshops, summer playscheme and events which are open to families in temporary accommodation and families at risk of homelessness in Haringey Borough. Drop in services offer a range of activities including ‘stay and play sessions’ and health awareness session.
