The Haringey Advice Partnership brings together local organisations who work to ensure that people living in Haringey receive the right kind of information, advice and guidance when they need it.
Citizens Advice provides free, confidential and impartial advice, and campaigns on the big issues affecting people's lives. Their goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. They are an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
HAIL supports people with a learning disability, mental health issues or autism, their carers and other vulnerable people to lead their own independent lives. We offer a diverse range of services across London
Public Voice is a Community Interest Company (CIC) with a mission to improve services through user engagement and community intervention by collecting the combined voices of services users, gathering evidence and ultimately taking action to bring about positive change. Public Voice runs the Healthwatch service in Haringey, and provides the Haringey Carers Support Service with HAIL.
The Council is keen to enable a wide range of services and facilities for the residents of Haringey so that we can achieve our three overarching outcomes: Outstanding for All, Clean and Safe, Sustainable Housing, Growth and Employment.
The Information, Advice and Guidance service aims to contribute to the delivery of the Corporate Plan, Building a Stronger Haringey Together, and to support a borough where children, young people and adults can thrive and achieve, through a service delivery model based on easy access to effective information and advice.
Effective information, advice and guidance plays a vital role in prevention and early intervention and the reduction of health inequalities, as well as promoting self-help and empowerment with numerous benefits to residents of Haringey.
Evaluation has been built into this project from the start, as it is vital to assess what is being achieved throughout its lifetime and modify its priorities accordingly. We invite local advice providers to help us evaluate the quality of the services we aim to deliver.
